community guidelines

hello, we are so happy that you've decided to join the refinecltv community.
all businesses listed are vetted and required to meet the specific criteria below:

1. business owner / freelance.

2. must be at least 50% minority-owned (identify as a person-of-color, woman, and/or member of the LGBTQ+ community).

3. must provide a good and/or service.

4. must be providing said good/service for at least 3 months.

5. must have at least one actively maintained social media profile or website for your business offerings.

6. must promote a culture of diversity within your business (e.g. diverse staff, support social causes)
