at refine collective, we recognized a gap between the growing purchasing power of people of color, women, & members of the LGBTQ+ community and the advancement of our businesses. refine collective is a digital community that makes it easy to identify and support minority-owned businesses & freelancers, with a mission to funnel purchasing power into the hands of the underrepresented.
we also believe that community has the power to change the world. part of our vision is to cultivate a network for women & minority business owners and freelancers, fostering an environment of collaboration and learning.
